With over twenty years of experience in the public sector, I’ve cultivated expertise in strategic planning, team building, and marketing innovation. My current role involves overseeing a talented team of six, redefining workflows, aligning departmental goals with organizational vision, and navigating challenges with clarity and compassion. From implementing new project management tools to championing data-driven decisions, I pride myself on bringing structure and efficiency to creative processes.

• Community Impact: Led the development of marketing campaigns that boosted registration for our flagship summer reading program by 41%
• Strategic Restructuring: Reorganized a marketing department to improve collaboration and effectiveness, creating streamlined workflows prioritizing creativity and clarity
• Engaging Campaigns: Crafted engaging materials for programs like Raise a Reader and Book & Movie Bingo, enhancing community participation and library visibility
• Branding Guidelines: Led the branding initiative for our organization’s new branding project, including the development and implementation of comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across all communications

Outside the Office

When I’m not at work, I’m embracing my love for all things Disney, traveling to explore new cultures and destinations, or staying active through fitness pursuits that keep me energized. I have a passion for fashion, always keeping an eye on the latest trends, and I find joy in curling up with a good book to unwind. Recently, I’ve also focused on professional growth, completing online courses in marketing plan development and strategy while pursuing a project management certificate to sharpen my skills.
